Karen Costello serves as the Board Chair at All Souls Interfaith Gathering. Karen earned her BS degree in French and English Education from The Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA in Finance from Temple University. She worked in Information Technology and Project Management for over 20 years and later transitioned to Human Resources where she worked for 12 years in Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Change Management. Karen and her husband, Marty, moved to Vermont from the Philadelphia area in 2005 and started coming to All Souls in 2013. She served on the Lead Pastor Search Committee in 2017, co-led the Joyful Connections group, and enjoys volunteering for Sunday services. She especially enjoys attending the Pastor’s classes. Karen joined the Board in July 2024 and currently serves as the Board Chair. Karen enjoys hiking, reading, kayaking, xc skiing and traveling. She and her husband live in South Burlington and have 2 children who live in the Burlington area.
