Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information held about its members and guests. Our purpose is to assure our members and wider community that ANTN complies with all applicable privacy, security, and anti-SPAM regulations. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information.

Collection of Information

ANTN collects personal information only from:

• Members
• Attendees who choose to give their personal contact information
• Donors
• Participants
• Volunteers
• Others who have shown an interest in ANTN

This information is collected by a variety of methods: phone, mail, email, online, or in person.

Use of Information

ANTN uses personal information to better serve our members and the wider community and to expand our community of support. This includes using the information:

• To deliver services to provide information about events, membership, classes and workshops or retreats
• To thank members, donors, and businesses
• To invite supporters to special events
• To sell and solicit sales of events and programs
• For service phone calls and emails
• For audit purposes

Users entering a Mobile Phone number in the "Mobile Phone (for text messaging)" field on their profile give consent and may receive SMS (text) messages from ANTN.

ANTN is committed to using personal information in a respectful and useful way. ANTN is also committed to making sure our members and friends do not receive more than a reasonable number of emails, calls, texts, and letters. ANTN does not share contact information with other companies, organizations or individuals.

Disclosure of Information

ANTN treats its obligations with respect to the use and disclosure of personal information very seriously. Generally, we will only use or disclose personal information for the primary purpose that it was collected and intended for, or for a purpose related to the primary purpose that you would reasonably expect it to be used. ANTN will not sell, rent or share your personal information at any time.

Storage of Information

Personal information is stored in our online Association Management System (Wild Apricot by Personify) and in hard copy files when hard copy was given. Only authorized ANTN personnel have access to the information. 

To ensure security and privacy of your data, the WildApricot platform provides traffic encryption (https) capability. Traffic encryption ensures that data entered into the online forms (e.g. membership application, event registration) as well as data transferred from WildApricot servers back to visitors is protected from snooping, for example if you access the internet over an unsecured WiFi connection.

WildApricot’s hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is the world’s largest cloud provider, offering the most robust and reliable platform.

AWS is a secure, durable technology platform with industry-recognized certifications and audits: PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, FISMA Moderate, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC 1 (formerly referred to as SAS 70 and/or SSAE 16), SOC 2 and SOC 3 audit reports.The AWS infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centers.AWS storage solutions deliver highly scalable, durable, and reliable cloud storage with robust data protection.

The Wild Apricot software development process includes a security testing phase and detailed checklists.

How We Secure Online Payments

WildApricot payment systems use a high grade of hosting at Armor, the leader in secure cloud hosting, capable of protecting sensitive data and brand reputations of the world's biggest enterprises. The platform uses two data centers located in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ to provide a very reliable solution.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) was developed to encourage and enhance cardholder data security and facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures globally. Certification confirms that we:

• Build and maintain a secure network and systems
• Protect cardholder data
• Maintain a vulnerability management program
• Implement strong access control measures
• Regularly monitor and test networks
• Maintain an information security policy

The Wild Apricot platform supports PCI DSS v3.2, and is responsible for the security of cardholder data the service provider possesses or otherwise stores, processes, or transmits on behalf of the customer, or to the extent that they could impact the security of the customer’s cardholder data environment.

Wild Apricot passed a PCI audit in 2021. AOC (Attestation of Compliance) can be provided upon request.
