The Worst is Over
Rev. Dr. Janine Burns joins Rev. Dr. Pjae Stanley to discuss Verbal First Aid, a groundbreaking protocol that uses the language of healing to guide individuals toward recovery when they are experiencing fear, pain, or crisis. When the autonomic nervous system is triggered, every word spoken has the power to either harm or heal.
Janine will teach a basic Havening Technique designed to help the brain avoid cognitive dissonance, making it easier to embrace "I AM" Truth statements and effectively manage crises.
