This is not about fixing the problems or bypassing the feelings. It’s about being present with one another and open to Spirit in an authentic way. The facilitators will gently guide the discussion, ensuring that we remain anchored in Principle, and that everyone has the opportunity to speak and be heard without judgment or interruption.
