Milagros is passionate about “Race Healing”, and instead of blaming one another, she advises we take the approach of “we are all in this together.”

Affectionately known as “The Race Healer,” Milagros Phillips is a recipient of the 2021 New Thought Walden Award for Interfaith Intercultural Understanding. She has recently been awarded the Global Book Award’s Silver Medal for Politics & Social Justice for her book, Cracking the Healer’s Code. She is a TEDx Presenter, 5X Author, a Certified Coach, AND she was named by Forbes Magazine one of today’s innovative leaders.

Milagros has spent 35 years designing strategic learning programs for organizations seeking to enhance their Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives through race literacy. Her programs use history, science, research, and storytelling to create compelling, life-transforming experiences. She is an artist, a Reiki Master and Teacher, a Sound Therapist, a Teacher of A Course in Miracles, and the creator of Race Demystified, a compassionate approach to healing from racial conditioning.
