I established my private practice, Heart To Heart Healing Arts in 2010 and blend over 35 years experience, study and practice of metaphysics, mysticism, spiritual philosophy and healing work. I'm a Doctor of Advanced Consciousness Studies, and just finished writing my first book, “Lighten Up!, Wisdom Lessons I Learned On My Path To Healing”. I'm a Licensed New Thought Minister and Counselor, a Master Reiki Energy Healer and a Toltec Eagle Knight of the Shamanic Lineage through Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements.
I have a BA of Art from San Francisco State University and blend my background in fine art and passion of creative aesthetics, metaphysics and energy work into what I call Soul Styling, which is about clothing and styling your authentic Self. It is an exploration and journey towards embodying a greater sense of Self and personal expression.
I teach meditation and breathwork techniques and work with clients to recover and strengthen self esteem and to amplify their sparkle... from the inside out. By healing limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, clients recover whole-self love, reveal and embody greater personal power, and begin living a more joyful and inspired life. One of my favorite mottos is, “There’s always more to reveal!”
My husband David and I have been married nearly 19 years and are the proud parents to two amazing kids, Zuzu and Kiva.
