Dr. Janine H. Burns holds Doctorates of Religious Studies and Divinity from Emerson Theological Institute and is an ordained minister. As the Director of the Guiding Light Foundation, www.YouAreTheLight.org. Janine serves as a Celebrant performing Celebration of Life funeral and memorial services. She has also performed over 1,000 wedding ceremonies on Long Island www.ilovetodoweddings.com Janine, affectionately known as “Rev”, is a Spiritual Counselor, providing tools for the individual's wholistic sustenance, strength, and empowerment. She is a Certified as a Havening Techniques Practitioner TransformationalHavening.org who is trained in Transformational Breath, NVC (Non-violent Communication), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and as a Death Doula.
